This was an outstanding show which I happened to witness in person. Warren had recently become sober and his renewed energy comes across in all 90 plus minutes of this performance. This tour he had a full backing band because he was in the last year of his contract with this record label and he used the band to fill out the songs you hear here. The release of Bruce Springsteen's album Nebraska which he acknowledges during the performance account for the songs Jeanie Needs a Shooter and Cadillac Ranch. If you have heard any of Warren's music but were not really sure what he was about then I suggest you put aside 96:19 to have his message delivered to you and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
