The start of the end of another good bad. They all take a tumble at sometime. Some bands recover and some disappear and fade away. This was a great hard rock bad with some good ballads. Sadly, they lost the recipe that made me want to listen to them over and over again. I hope they are a band that can find what they once had.

I didn't listen to them before hearing this. Socially conscious lyrics, tuneful, but yeah, not too rock. Something that might appeal to teenagers who like Imagine Dragons, and those who like thoughtful mellow rock. It may be a bit too SJW for some, but I like it well enough.

Only one song one here that I can even listen too. I appreciate that they have the ability to write and sing songs on the lighter side, but it is not as good as their hard hitting rock, which they excel at.

So now we listen to the heavily changed style of the rootless Theory of a Deadband... slightly disappointing...

This album sounds like it was produced and/or influenced by The Chainsmokers. Total deviation from their earlier work, which I found to be much better.

this is like 10 radio ballads, nothing upbeat or remotely fast like their early stuff

Overall a decent album, but Im gravely disappointed with their gradual moving away from traditional rock to more of a rap style. I understand keeping with the times, but come on guys, hard rock is the reason the older fans like you.
